Around it, approximately 9,000 sqm of Mediterranean gardens, more than 50 olive trees, a panoramic social kitchen, an outdoor kitchen with barbecue and a terrace with 180-degree sea views create a home designed to be enjoyed throughout the day.
Suites: Stone and Sun
Materia features two independent suites. Suite Stone, set within an authentic trullo, offers two double beds and a private indoor saltwater pool with hydromassage. Bright and secluded, Suite Sun is housed in an authentic lamia and features a private steam bath, veranda and dedicated relaxation spaces.
Privée: the villa exclusively yours
With the Privée option, Materia becomes a private villa in Puglia available exclusively for up to 8 guests. It is the ideal choice for families, groups of friends and travellers who wish to share their stay in complete privacy, with exclusive use of the pool, wellness areas, social kitchen and outdoor spaces.
